ATM Cards

Members can used their ATM card at Prizm and Plus networks worldwide. In addition, VIC FCU members can use their ATM card at any First Hawaiian Bank, American Savings Bank, or COOP ATM machine at “No Surcharge.”

Audio Response

VIC FCU offers a toll free Audio Response telephone service. Members can check balances, review account history, perform transfers and make loan payments over the telephone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Shared Branching

VIC FCU has over 30 shared branches around the state where members can perform account transactions real-time, as if they are right in our branch. Click here for a listing of all branch locations and hours.

Direct Deposit/Payroll Deduction

Direct deposit or payroll deduction from your employer eliminates lost/stolen checks, the need to make a trip to deposit in person, and the need to worry about depositing when you’re away.

After-Hours Depository

VIC FCU has an after-hours deposit box on the side of our building for those times when you can’t make it during business hours. Be sure to bring your own envelope and include your account number. For your protection, do not include cash. Deposits will be credited the next business day.
