2026 Credit Card Upgrade
Valley Isle Community Federal Credit Union is excited to announce that we will be upgrading our Credit Card program this March. This upgrade will allow us to provide enhanced security, updated technology, and improved cardholder experience for our members.
What does this mean to you?
Your existing Valley Isle Credit Card will be converted to our new and improved Credit Card program. As part of this upgrade, you will receive:
- A brand new card with a new card number
- Tap to pay contactless technology
- Enhanced fraud protection and upgraded security features
- A card made from recycled ocean-bound plastic
That means every time you use your card, you're carrying something that reflects our shared commitement to sustainability and caring for our island home.
Key Dates to Remember
• New Cards Arrive: Early March
• Last Day to Use Your Current Card: March 22
• Activate Your New Card Starting: March 23
Your current Credit card will stop working at the end of the day on March 22. Please be sure to activate your new card on or after March 23 to avoid any interruption in service.
Important Information
• New Card Number: Since your card number will change, please remember to update any automatic or recurring payments (such as streaming services, utilities, subscriptions, etc.).
• Online & Mobile Banking: Your new credit card will appear online and mobile banking beginning March 23.
What You Need to Do:
1. To ensure there is no delay, please make sure your address on file is current and watch your mail for your new credit card arriving in early March.
2. Activate your new card on or after March 23 by following the activation instructions included with the card.
3. Update your online banking scheduled loan transfers and recurring payments with your new card number.
4. Destroy your old card after activating your new one.
